Steam Railway on the Isle of Wight

One of the best attractions on the Isle of Wight is the beautiful steam railway that they have on the island. The starting point is Smallbrook Junction and travels down the line for 5 miles to the quiet and beautiful place of Wootten Bridge.

When you are on this steam railway, it is like going back in time. Nothing has been changed with the trains for years go by and they the oldest locomotive that is still in use was built in 1876 with the train carriages dating back to 1864. When visiting the island, this trip is a must for all the family, and you will have fond memories of your day out on the railways of Isle of Wight.
